This 17000 square foot house was challenge and a joy to work on. The following was what the job entailed for Top-line:
- Complete stucco application throughout the exterior
- Complete complex rainscreen protection with detail on proper breathing of all layers
- Acrylic barrel ceiling through drive through
- detailed circular soffit application
- detailed with clean stucco lines and soffit
- Stucco and soffit detailed in and out of the stable
- Complete cedar soffit within horse stable
- Cedar soffit with full venting throughout
- over 60ft length of cedar soffit for the outside court, detailed included inner skylights, speakers, and light holes
- Complete complex rainscreen protection with detail on proper breathing of all layers
- Main entrance with growing ceiling.
- Venetian plaster – growing ceiling
- Detailed stucco application around garage door return
